We usually contact our guests the day they arrive letting them know the place is ready for them. Since we live close by the Resort, we are available to assist with anything you might need during your stay such as clearing off your driveway if it snows or a maintenance issue. Sometimes we allow a early check in or check out if we don’t have a same day arrival or departure. Creekside is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Resort only a few minutes from the ski lodge, snow sports, and other activities. The neighborhood is easily accessible by car. The Resort has parking lots that you may use. It's a great neighborhood to ride bike in. Massanutten Resort has mountain bike trails. Massanutten Home Owners Association Rules These rules are to be followed at all times. They are required of all the Massanutten property owners. 1. All federal, State, and Local laws must be obeyed at all times. 2. Occupancy is limited to 18 persons. 3. All vehicles must be parked on driveway and off the road. All tires must be off the road. You may park at the parking lot at Hopkins Park or the parking lot below the MPOA swimming pool and the MPOA office. 4. Open fires are prohibited. 5. Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any roadway or other common area. 6. Keep noise down to a minimum. Quiet time is from 10pm - 7am. 7. Animals must be on a leash. 8.Vehicles larger than a 3/4 ton may not be parked on any lot. Also, no buses, campers, or mobile homes may be parked on any lot at any time. 9. No trespassing on neighboring private property. 10. Trash or food items should not be left outside.
