Your apartment comes with a full kitchen stocked with dishes, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, spacious rooms, comfortable living area for the perfect Colorado vacation - NO CABLE TV- . Two sofas, one opens up to a top of the line full size bed. Very spacious bedroom set up with King size bed, two twin beds, dresser and wall to wall closet. Two bathrooms, one with a deep soak tub. Private full size guest washer and dryer. Full size BBQ grill for outside grilling. After approval of pet, there is a $95 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. Private- separate guest entry into fully furnished -Above-grade bottom half of home apartment with views of the park across the street. One car Parking spot, if you need additional parking, please let us know. Door code entry. NO SMOKING/Vaping on property! If you do have a pet approved to visit with you, please take your pet with you. Or It can be left on the premise within a kennel. After approval of a pet, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee.
