Good base for Ascot Races, Wimbledon Tennis, Hampton Court Flower Show, Wentworth and exploring Surrey. Other things to note The annex has its own private entrance and is integral to our family house, whilst we keep noise to a minimum we are all sharing the same building. We live next to a private road so the area is peaceful and relaxing within walking distance of West Byfleet railway station and it’s easy commute to London Waterloo.
