The space This listing is for the upstairs unit that has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and upper level brand new deck. You have a private entrance and private deck. The downstairs unit will also be occupied and has a separate entrance and separate parking area. Guest access Guests have access to upstairs level, upper deck and half of the driveway. This is a gated a community and the guard is on duty until 11:00pm. Afterhours access requires a gate code. Other things to note Please note, this is for the upstairs unit only. You have a private entrance, private deck and separate parking area. The downstairs unit may also be occupied and has a separate entrance. There is NO fireplace or fire pit. No pets allowed. An extra $300 cleaning fee will be charged for all pets. If you are driving to Helen coming from the North, GPS will take you to the back gate which is located off SR 365. Guests do not have access to this gate per Innsbruck Community rules.
