Lakeside Village - Closest to Snowbasin

Our little Winter Wonderland getaway! We live close by and enjoy our time at the condo playing on the lake during the summer and skiing at Snowbasin in the winter! We've looked for over 5 years to find the perfect location so that we could have some good family time together - and we found it! Small and cozy, with all the amenities we need for our day to day activities. You will still be on 'the grid', with WIFI, cable service, and cell phone coverage, but you'll feel a million miles away! The space This condo is located right next to the Clubhouse - exercise room, pool table, fuss ball table, banquet room (our kids can't stay out of the clubhouse - too much fun). The year around communal hot tub is outside next to the Clubhouse - the swimming pool is open from June - September. We also can walk (200 paces) to the sandy beach of Pineview - no need to drive - so fun! The condo itself has a private master bedroom with a comfy king sized mattress. Also on the main floor is the kitchen, full bath, living room, and a small deck for barbecuing. The loft, has a half bath and has 3 single beds and a double bed (part of the bunk). Guest access Besides having the condo to yourselves, you will have full access to the communal Clubhouse, hot tub, pool during the summer, and beach access to Pineview. Other things to note Quite hours are from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Hot tub/pool closes at 10:00pm.
