It is located in a truly extraordinary place: intact, immediate contact with both the sea and the mountains. It is located exactly in the middle of the eastern Sardinian coast: this allows you to have an excellent base from which you can easily move for excursions both north and south or in the Ogliastra hinterland. The apartment is composed as follows: A) large double bedroom, equipped with a closet, air conditioning and a ceiling fan; B) double bedroom, equipped with a closet and air conditioning; C) new linear kitchen, equipped with all comforts: Hotpoint dishwasher for 14 place settings, Hotpoint Ariston oven, Whirlpool 30L multifunction microwave, Whirlpool 8 kg washing machine, Samsung 32" HD LED TV. D) two large covered outdoor verandas, with a table and chairs for breakfast and outdoor dining and a set of sofas; E) exclusive use of the barbecue; F) garden with outdoor showers. Only small, well-trained pets are allowed. You will find everything clean and tidy and available for any need that may arise: from the baby bed/crib to the bicycle for a short excursion. For our Biker friends, there is the possibility of parking their motorcycles and trailers inside the apartment's garden. Upon request, by prior arrangement, I can provide: 1) a Diana fiberglass kayak, two-seater, 5.50 meters, with related equipment, for extraordinary excursions along the coast. 2) four Pirinfarina Mountain-Bike model bicycles, to be able to take excursions along the pine forest and/or to be able to move around the "Sa Marina" Borgo. Upon request, by prior arrangement, exclusively on weekends, possibility of organizing excursions with a support team on motocross bikes, quads, along the coastal trails and in the hinterland of Ogliastra in Osini and Ulassai.
