Charming Rock House built in 1896. Most all interior furnishings period correct, plus all modern amenities. Air conditioning, gas fireplace, and forced air heat in the bedroom. One full size antique Brass bed. Fold out loveseat for one. Two fridge, microwave, toaster oven. This place will take you back in time! Relaxing. We are corporate friendly. Biker friendly for our two wheel travelers. Plenty of room to pitch a tent. Covered patio for cooking or entertaining. Come and stay with us! The space Unique and quiet back yard with secret places to explore. Plenty of room for the kids to pitch a tent. Have your next family gathering at The Rock House! Great place for a wedding or reception. It has a rustic feel. Guest access The entire property is yours for your enjoyment. If you’re hungry and want to cook there is a charcoal bbq in back. If not, great Mexican on the corner or the best burgers in town the other way at Quik Stop. And our downtown area has several bars and restaurants also. Other things to note We just added a covered patio in back. Great for BBQ or Happy Hour! Also note due to the current Covid 19 epidemic our housekeepers are working extra hard and deep cleaning thoroughly between guests. Your safety is of utmost importance so show them a little love! Hint Hint. Pleas note that there are many unique and irreplaceable things in The Rock House. Please enjoy everything while you are here but please leave everything here. There are some things that seem to disappear from time to time and we would like the next guests to enjoy those thing also. Know that Flossie keeps an eye on things and inventories after our quests leave. Be warned! Also if you forget something, like your favorite blanket or pillow and can't live without it give us a holler and we will get it home to you.
