Walk in through the spacious mud-room to the main floor, which includes an open-design living room and kitchen area with a pellet stove. The kitchen contains modern appliances (including both a Keurig and Traditional coffee maker) a center island which seats 4, and a counter height dining table with seats for 6. Look across to the living room area where you can gather around the large comfortable sectional and enjoy beautiful outdoor views from our floor to ceiling windows, or watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen tv. The 1st floor includes 2 bedrooms. The first one with a queen bed and ample closet space. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. Under the twin bed you will find a pull out mattress (to accommodate a 4th person). There is plenty of space to store your belongings in the walk in closet. Across the hall there is a full bath with a combo tub/shower. Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king size bed, full bathroom, flat screen tv , and walk in closet. In the finished lower level you will find a family/tv room/bar area. Tucked around the corner is the 4th bedroom with a king size bed and a half bathroom. Outside there is a large deck with grill (both charcoal and gas), a picnic table and Adirondack chairs, and a patio with a firepit. Around the back of the house you will find an enclosed outdoor shower. We have new window A/C units in three of our bedrooms. We also have plenty of fans. Other things to note: The primary adult must be 25 years of age or older. No more than 4 cars can be parked at the premise. No Loud Parties or loud music. Smoking: Not allowed INSIDE the cabin. If you smoke outdoors lease dispose of cigarette butts. This home is perfectly situated to enjoy the area all year long. In the winter, you are located at the base of Attitash / Bear Peak Resort. You are within walking distance to the Bear Peak Base Lodge and lifts. Also, you are within minutes of many other local ski resorts including Wildcat, Black Mountain and Bretton Woods. Northern Extremes also provides snowmobiling fun and Bear Notch Cross Country Ski/Snowshoeing only 5 minutes down the road. Spring and summer offer endless opportunities for fun, some only steps away! In addition to the summer attractions right here at Attitash Mountain Resort (adventure park, zipline tours, mountain coaster and waterslides etc.), there are also many beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, local swimming in the Saco River Diana's Bath, Jackson Falls, or Echo Lake, visiting local galleries in Jackson or endless shopping in North Conway Village and the Settler’s Green Outlets.
