Hello! Thank you for checking out my studio! One thing to note for last minute reservations…. Unfortunately, if my on-site property management office is closed, I can’t accept same day arrival requests. Same day checkin are set to request to book instead of instant book. I need to verify with my on-site management team that cleaning has been performed for studio. Please submit requests earlier in the day for same day reservations so that I may ensure studio will be ready for your arrival! The space This studio is situated slopeside in the East Village of Copper Mountain, walking distance to the Super Bee Chairlift! First floor studio with private patio! This studio would be most comfortable with 2 people staying. I am allowing 3 adults to book the space, but just be aware that this space will feel tight to fit and all belongings. I did want to give travelers this option of sleeping 3 because sometimes all you want is a room to sleep in while on the mtn! Hope this helps!! In total this studio is just over 300 sq ft. New for the 2024/25 season. Carpet has been removed and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring has been installed throughout entire studio unit! When you enter into the studio you will see a a closet immediately to your left which has a medium, set of drawers to help store your belongings during your trip. It is tall enough to place your skis/boards while you are staying here. Walk down the hallway and notice the vintage art of Copper Mountain that will set the mountain mood. You will come upon a full large bathroom next, tub/ shower combination, with a nice sized updated vanity. Upon entering the living space you will see a modern sofa that converts into a queen size bed or 2 twin beds. Please avoid walking across the bed once the bed slat/trundle has been pulled. It is supported as a true slat bed frame and excess weight on any one particular slat could cause the slat to break. There is a kitchen in this studio which includes an electric 2 burner stove top, mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There is no freezer, full size oven, or dishwasher. There is an ice machine in underground garage parking. Please clean up all dishes/pots/ pans and put away before checking out during your stay. The true Queen bed is set up next to the patio slider door with a glorious view of the East Mountain and you can see the Super View Lift from the patio! The parking info will be given at checkin. You will be allowed to register one vehicle with the studio. It not assigned parking for the building. It is first come first serve. It is free to park at the building if you are able to find a spot. It is usually not difficult to find a spot, except for Holiday time period stays. If there are no outside parking spots or garage spots available; you may park in the Alipine lot for $20 a night and move your car to the outside or underground garage lot of Foxpine building when one is becomes available! Thank you ☺ Other things to note If booking during Ski Season, please note that this studio is located in the East Village and during the month of November it is not guaranteed that the Super Bee lift will be operating for the public. If this is the case, guests will have to use the Copper shuttle system to ride to Center Village and catch American Eagle Gondola to access the mtn. The pickup spot for the Copper Shuttle is about a 100yd walk. It comes every 15-20 min and is a 5 min ride to Center Village. Copper usually opens the Super Bee lift around Thanksgiving weekend, it is all dependent upon snow conditions. Registration number BCA-79914
