Enjoy stargazing and beach walks at night and beach combing and swimming during the day. Property is 9 miles from downtown St. Augustine! The space Our 1950s one story ocean cottage with direct beach access is nestled between Jacksonville Beach and St. Augustine on Route A1A. With the Atlantic Ocean to the east, and Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve to the west, this property provides a secluded location while still offering easy access to Ponte Vedra, Vilano Beach, and St. Augustine. The house boasts 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom (each with bathtubs) with 2 couches in the living room. One of these couches pulls out into a full size bed for additional sleeping space! Dining table with custom made benches accommodates six people. New high count linens and fresh pillows lie atop the full size bed and queen size bed in the bedrooms. The floors are wood and Mexican tile, with wood ceilings with recessed lights in the wide living area which faces the ocean. Take delight in the flat-screen television and high-speed WiFi internet which is on site. Enjoy the Adirondack chairs on the beachside deck while watching dolphins swim by. An outdoor shower is available to wash off after swimming. Come and enjoy this wonderful escape from the stresses of everyday life! Guest access The entire home is available to guests with the exception of 2 closets & outdoor shed that belong to the owners. Other things to note 1 dog is allowed with a non-refundable fee of $100. If additional dogs are on the property, renter may face added charge if not discussed with owner ahead of stay. Owner may request additional pet fee for any additional pets. No parties or events allowed! Parking for up to 3 vehicles between road and paver wall. Please note the check in time of 4pm and check out time of 10am is firm to sufficiently clean the property. No exceptions.
