Private room with private bathroom on the beautiful island of Clearwater Beach! Second room with private bathroom is also available for an additional charge. See "Other Things to Note" in this listing for details. The common areas are shared. We back up to Clearwater Harbor and have a boat slip. The beach is across the street along with many restaurants. We have a very friendly dog named Allie too! The space We have worked hard to create comfortable and relaxing space. You are welcome to the kitchen, living room, TV, balcony, pool, laundry, and other shared spaces. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen and it's amenities as you wish, as well as our WiFi and TV, which has access to Netflix. You are also welcome to lounge by the pool! During your stay Reach us easily by phone or text message. This is our primary residence, so we will typically be around to help you with anything you need. Other things to note Second room with private bathroom is also available for an additional charge that is equivalent to the listing price. We are open to negotiation for second room based on seasonal changes. We add the charge for the second room by utilizing the “Request Money” feature in the Airbnb app/website or by utilizing the "Special Offer" feature to change the rate. Indicate in your reservation request if you are interested in staying in the second room as well.
