The space If you’re looking for a family and pet-friendly escape with the best of both worlds, you’ll love our cozy home by the Intercostal waterway! Take a short drive, bike ride, or less than a mile walk to the beach or a quick walk to the boat pier. Located in a quiet neighborhood environment perfect for walking to a local coffee shop and sipping coffee while taking in the sea air on the large front porch. The storage shed has two single kayaks available for use and there is a boat ramp within walking distance. Upon entering the house you’ll be greeted with an open living/dining area with a smart TV so that you can access any streaming service. WiFi is available throughout the house. The kitchen has room for up to 8 with a table and barstools, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen (Keurig, blender, pots and pans, crock pot, and even sippy cups). Both the master and queen bedrooms have a smart TV and access to login to your favorite streaming services. The master bathroom has a large shower and the hall bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Head into the backyard to enjoy the fire pit on cool nights, while the kids play in the sand in the fenced-in yard, or enjoy time grilling on the charcoal grill on the deck. The fully fenced in yard is also perfect for pups who need to run off energy or bask in the sun. Rinse off from a sandy beach day in the shower in the backyard.  The front porch is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or sharing a meal together. There are two ceiling fans to keep cool in the shade.  Guest access You will have full access to the home and backyard. We also offer a beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, two single kayaks with life jackets, and a charcoal grill. Other things to note There is a $100 pet fee to accommodate the extra cleaning and wear and tear on the home.
