Quiet and tidy neighborhood, with free off-street parking for up to two vehicles. Just minutes from Lake Murray, Saluda Shoals Park and River, shopping and restaurants, approximatly 15-20 minutes from down town Columbia, the Vista, U of SC & CIU campuses, Williams-Brice Stadium, and about 20-25 minutes from Fort Jackson. The space This open plan, yet intimate studio has been carefully designed to utilize all the space the room has to offer. It features a high ceiling with lots of natural light, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, smart TV, WiFi, small closet for clothing and shoes, iron/ironing board, access to attic space for suitcase storage, etc, as well as it's own heating/AC unit which guests can control for their personal comfort. Coffee, teas, light breakfast foods/snacks (oatmeal, cereal bars, etc) are provided for your convenience. Kitchenette has drip coffee maker, toaster oven, kettle, microwave and small refrigerator available for use. We are also located only minutes from countless restaurants and grocery stores. Room is located above garage with private exterior entrance, by way of outdoor stair way. Please note, this space is not wheelchair accessible. Free off-street parking for up to two vehicles. A pack'n'play can be provided upon request for guests staying with an infant. *Please note that there is no oven/stovetop burner, or laundry facilities. Other things to note Check in details (key/parking, etc) will be private messaged (via Airbnb) to guests the morning of their check in date.
