210D - 2BR/2 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl The space No pets allowed as per owner. Our minimum age to rent is 25. One King bed in the primary bedroom and one Queen DP (Deep Pocket) bed in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room, a 39" TV in the primary bedroom, and a 26" TV in the guest bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, crockpot, griddle, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, waffle maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals.
