BTW- i oftentimes block out weekends until the Sunday before as I also love to stay here. Check Sunday evening for availability the following weekend. ;) The space The place is a mile off the ocean, which means it is often times 20F warmer than on the beach. The property faces due south, so space soaks up the sun even on gloomy days. The interior has just been remodeled creating plenty of room for two. The couch pulls out into a queen to accommodate kids. Guest access You have your own private entrance just steps from your parking spot. The French doors open up to a large brick courtyard with grill and hot tub. You also have access to a large grassy yard and fire pit. The house is a duplex with tenants upstairs, however, the outdoor space is private and green barriers have been planted to block views. Other things to note Please let us know prior if you have an EV and need to use the car-charger. There is a $25 surcharge. Strictly NO parties or large gatherings. The neighborhood is quiet and for respect of the neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. The hot tub is cleaned after every guest and treated with bromine. The tub is set at the standard 104F. Please do not try to change the settings, and remember to turn off all jets, lights, and close the lid when not using. If jets are left on, it could burn out the pump and be a very expensive repair.
