Welcome to Fort Lauderdale! I have a very cozy guest room. Shared living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry and bathroom area. My guest room is for travelers who will be spending most of their time exploring the city. My home is on a central location, walking distance to a market, breakfast spots and restaurants. Don't be shy and ask me! I know a lot of places that I can recommend. The space Love my neighborhood: 15-20 min to Ft Lauderdale International Airport, 10 min to the beach and shopping stores. 10 minutes to downtown/Las Olas Fort Lauderdale. 5 minutes to Wilton manors. There is plenty of parking available, as I am in a corner lot. You can smoke on the backyard but not inside the house. Guest access Guest Access: you are welcome to use living room, kitchen (you can absolutely cook), dining room, office area and laundry. My goal is to make you feel at home. During your stay I live in the property and I am open minded, understanding, educated and very friendly. I am always available for you and I will answer all your questions and help with everything I can. Although most of the time I am home, many times I am out of town. Therefore, your check-in instructions will disclose all the information needed for your check-in on your own and at any time after 3:00 p.m. You will receive these instructions within 24 hours from your stay.
