Please be mindful of this and take into account that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm, and outdoor noise should be brought to the minimum. - No smoking - 1 Dog is permitted if weighs less than 50 lbs. Pets are allowed with written permission only. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee.
