Our fully renovated casita is the perfect base to enjoy Ocean Beach and greater San Diego. The Casita is located on a quiet residential street only 8 blocks from the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants of Ocean Beach. The space This is a renovated, detached studio with a private entrance from the street leading to a private courtyard. The casita includes a full eat-in kitchen, full bathroom, and large main room. Your casita has: * Air conditioning * Queen size bed with crisp comfortable bedding * Sofa that pulls out into a queen bed with bedding available * Full kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, and microwave * Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals * Coffee maker, toaster, blender * Private washer and dryer * Walk-in shower * Hairdryer * HD Cable TV and wireless internet access * Linens and towels provided * Ceiling fan in bedroom; table fan * Private outdoor sitting area * Beach towels provided * Pack-N-Play available on request No smoking on premises please (in casita or courtyard). Street parking is always available in this area of Ocean Beach. Enter the courtyard through private gate from the street. The casita includes an electronic lock and you will be provided a code for access. The casita has a pull out sofa that is good for families with children. The space is not ideal for three or four adults. We live in the main house on the property that is separated from your casita by a tall fence and cement wall. We're available and happy to answer questions about the neighborhood or San Diego. We've lived in San Diego for over 20 years and love the city and all it has to offer. We love the outdoors, eating out, and nightlife so we have lots of recommendations. We're also happy to respect your privacy during your stay. The casita is located off of Niagara Avenue and Venice Street in Ocean Beach. This is one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods in San Diego. The pier, water, and town are just an 8 block walk downhill with breathtaking views nearly the entire way. Ocean Beach is an eclectic beach town with a variety of shops, restaurants, and night life. The public beach is very large with room for surfing, swimming, or just hanging out. It's only 10 minutes to Sea World or San Diego airport and just 15 minutes to downtown and the Gaslamp district via surface streets. Ocean beach is just down the hill and within walking distance. Sunset Cliffs is down the point from us. Ocean beach is centrally located with close highway access to the rest of San Diego. The casita includes an electronic lock and you will be provided a code for access. Other things to note We only accept week long reservations for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
