La Cocina (right on NM 30, left at stoplight, down about a long city block on the left) has excellent New Mexican food along with American dishes, good service and a cheerful, pleasant atmosphere. Nice deserts too. Anthony's on the Delta is nearby as well for tasty New Mexican and other dishes.
