INDOOR Casa Mare takes its name from its location: that is, directly overlooking the sea, you can taste colors, smells, sounds from dawn to dusk. The house is designed to comfortably accommodate two people, but it has the capacity to accommodate up to four guests. This is possible thanks to a sofa bed that turns into a bunk bed, with each mattress being a standard size (190 cm long and 80 cm wide). The sofa bed is located in the living area, which includes the living room and the kitchen. The apartment can be accessed by lovely outdoor steps carved into the typical rock of Pomonte; you get to a small terrace overlooking the sea, where you can afford relaxing breakfasts by savoring the sea in all its sizes. A dark French door allows you to access directly into the sleeping area: here there is a large technological window that leads the guest to breathtaking landscapes typical of the Elban sea: sunrise and sunsets on a sea with emerald green tones. in the distance the island of Corsica. The room is furnished with a double bed with wooden slatted net, large wardrobe, wall bedside tables, hangers, blackout curtains . Along a small hallway on the left is the bathroom , with shower stall, toilet, sink, mirror, bidet and washing machine; at the end of the small hallway you enter the living area. On the left is the fully equipped kitchenette: kettle, Caffitaly brand espresso machine, mocha coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, 4 induction hob, refrigerator. There are pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, trays , and everything you need to cook, cleaning kit (mop , broom , bucket, trash can). Near the kitchenette there is a table (120x75 cm) that can be moved according to needs. In the room there is a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bunk bed, in front of a wall TV, flame retardant curtains on the French door from which you can access a second terrace overlooking the table, useful for hanging clothes, towels, storing daily garbage. The apartment has air conditioning / heating with split air conditioning in both rooms, wifi ; the tones of the decor range from white-burst, sand, blue and blue. The house is equipped with hanging equipment, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, beach umbrella, a small outdoor safe for keys, outdoor table with chairs and umbrella. HOSPITALITY Upon arrival, the guest will find household linens (sheets, towels, dish towel, bath mat), bedspread, pillows, tablecloth, chair covers, and garbage bags: all already prepared. Linens are changed for 2-week stays. A single-dose kitchen welcome kit is also provided: sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee pods, dishwasher pills and washing machine, dish soap, sponge to cope with the day of arrival ; single-dose bathroom welcome kit including soap, shower bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper. If you arrive late in the evening, it is recommended to have the "necessary expense" : in the country there is a small convenience store that closes at 7:30 pm.
