Welcome to Your Perfect Game Weekend Getaway! Whether you're back in town for a big football weekend, graduation, or a reunion with friends, our spacious and well-equipped home is the ideal place to relax, reconnect, and recharge. Located just minutes from campus and downtown State College, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home comfortably hosts up to 12 guests — with plenty of room to spread out, hang out, and enjoy the weekend. The space Sleeping Arrangements - Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed + en suite bathroom - Bedroom 2: Full bed - Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (2 twin beds) - Bedroom 4 (Nursery): Currently set up for our infant, but includes space for an air mattress - Living Room Couch: Comfortably sleeps 2–3 - Basement Couch + Floor Space: Sleeps 1 more with optional air mattress We list the house as "sleeps 12" based on beds, couches, and air mattresses (provided by guests). If you have questions about layout or space, just ask — we're happy to walk you through it! Other things to note ** The property will be professionally cleaned and treated with CDC recommended and approved (green) chemicals by a local and professional cleaning company both PRIOR and AFTER your stay** Our home is located just a couple of streets back from downtown State College. While it's the perfect place to kick back and relax during your stay, we'd ask that you make sure you observe the house rules, specifically the "Quiet hours after 8 pm" rule. Our home is located on a street occupied by other local State College homeowners and we'd ask that you respect them as well by observing and following this rule. Parties or events will not be allowed Also, please note that we have 1 dogs that live with us. The house will be professionally cleaned before your visit; however, please take this into consideration if you have any allergies or issues with dogs.
