There is WiFi at the house and a large flat screen TV. The 'Retro Retreat' is a 1 bedroom, 500 square foot lower level apartment with a beautiful view of Netarts Bay. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and there is a comfy futon out in the living room. There is Wifi and cable TV, so you can stay connected while on vacation. The living room/dining area has a flat screen TV and the DVD player has streaming capabilities. There is plenty of room to park your truck and boat and also a convenient outdoor fish cleaning station. The fire pit in the yard is a great gathering spot and has a gorgeous view of the Bay! Also, the upstairs unit is available to rent as well! There are 2 separate entrances and would be perfect for 2 couples traveling together or a family with older kids that want to have their own space. Ask for details! ** Note: $35 damage insurance is already included in the cost of your stay. If you wish to switch to the $3,000 refundable damage deposit, please let me know. ** Note: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to come! There is a $25 pet fee for the additional cleaning required after your departure. I live right down the road so will be there is you need anything! Very peaceful neighborhood just a couple minutes from the boat ramp. The rate varies depending on the time of year. ***Damage insurance is required instead of a damage deposit. The cost is $35 and will cover you up to $3,000 in damages. The $35 has been added to the "cleaning fee" in rate details. Dogs are allowed, but there is an extra flat $25 dog fee. NO dogs will be allowed without paying the fee. I will send a request through Airbnb for the pet fee since there is not a way to add it on Instant Book reservations. 3 night Minimum stay for holidays. I send out the rental terms to sign electronically after a booking is made.
