Locust Lake Chalet in Poconos w/Game room

This cozy chalet is in Locust Lake Village, a sun-filled location known for open living. The home has a modern ambiance to provide a relaxing stay. On the 1st floor is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area for 8, two bedrooms, and a full bath. On the second floor, there is a large master bedroom and a full bath. The basement is furnished with an entertainment/game room with a 75 " TV with multiple video game systems to keep you entertained. The guest booking the Chalet must be 25 years of age. The space The home is close to several Ski and Water park Resorts. (Camelback, Jack Frost, Big Boulder, H2O, and Kalahari water park) only 20 mins away from Crossing Premium Outlet. Guest access Entire house Other things to note The property has ring cameras outside the house for safety. Costs * There is a $35 community registration fee. This is a mandatory fee. -Each car must be registered for a parking/trash compactor pass. This is for the safety of the guests and the community. * Unapproved early check-in, will be charged $75 * Late check-out is granted only if no new guests are checking in that day. Requests must be made at least one day prior; same-day requests are not accepted due to pre-scheduled cleaners. A late check-out fee of $60 extends your stay to 1 PM for 2 additional hours. *Wristbands—Each booking stay includes eight wristbands. These must be worn to use community amenities such as the lake, community chalet, sled hill, and ski hill. The sled and ski hills are only available when there is enough snow on the ground and the community opens them (there is no additional fee for ski and sled hill use). A $25 charge will be assessed for lost wristbands. The wristbands need to be placed back on the rack where they were initially picked up, a photo taken, and sent to the host to validate that the wristbands were returned. All guests ages 12 and up are required to have wristbands while using any community amenities. No pets allowed. $500 will be charged for hiding pets.
