Costs * There is a $35 community registration fee, which is mandatory. - Each vehicle must be registered for a parking/trash compactor pass to ensure guest and community safety. * Unapproved early check-in will incur a $75 fee. * Late check-out is only available if no new guests are checking in that day. Requests must be made at least one day in advance; same-day requests are not accepted due to pre-scheduled cleaning. A late check-out fee of $60 extends your stay until 1 PM for two additional hours. * Wristbands — Each booking includes eight wristbands. These must be worn to access community amenities such as the lake, community chalet, sled hill, and ski hill. The sled and ski hills are only open when there is enough snow, and there is no extra fee for using them. A $25 fee will be charged for lost wristbands.
