1920's Charmer near Downtown Royal Oak!

This house is very, very charming, if you like the aura and charm of old houses with all its imperfections then you will love this one, lots of light coming thru the windows. All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor so no climbing stairs, small newer bathroom. Washing and dryer in the open basement. Two Smart TVs with Rokus, one in the living room and one in one of the bedroom. There's a tennis court across the street (I provide a couple of rackets and some tennis balls) for the tennis enthusiasts! Also have a very small garden in the back for the guests (when in season) if a guest wants to do some gardening. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except attic. Other things to note No dishwasher and no cable BUT we have a brand new Samsung 4K Smart TV 50" and a 43" 4K TV in the bedroom, plenty of apps on the TV to watch sports/news/movies etc, plus you can connect to youtube, netflix, hulu, etc, with a very fast 1 gig connection! All the downtowns are VERY close, 3 mins to Royal Oak (walking distance about 15-20 minutes), 8 minutes to downtown Ferndale, 10 minutes to downtown Birmingham, 15 minutes to downtown Detroit, 8 minutes to Beaumont Hospital. The house is right off 11 mile rd a major street but with little traffic, no complaints about noise whatsoever. Temperature will be max heat of 75 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter and lowest cooling of 72 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer.
