Location! 4-Bedroom, 3-bath Downtown w/Hottub

Lovely updated 4 bedroom, 3 full-bath home located in historical district 3 1/2 blocks to both downtown Bend, Riverfront and the Old Mill District. Located right across the street from a Brewery, Starbucks and the best store in Bend, Market of Choice. Pet Friendly - with additional fees. Mt. Bachelor view from large hot-tub in backyard. Main bedroom has private entrance, kitchenette, luxury bathroom and and spacious private back deck . 20-minute drive to Mt. Bachelor. The space Although our home can accommodate 10 guests, our nightly pricing is based on four guests (one guest for each bed.) Additional guests will add an $15 per person/per night to the nightly rate. Please be sure that the you've listed the number of guests that will be staying at the house with you. Our cleaners put out one bath towel, one hair towel, one spa towel and one washrag for each guests. Hand towels are set up in each bathroom. The house is configured with a main suite (bedroom #1) that has a queen bed with a private entrance, kitchenette, private luxury bathroom, and a private deck. This room also has a convertible couch that makes it into a full bed. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. We’ve also placed a futon chair that makes into an x-long twin beds in each room that can easily be moved to whatever makes sense for your group. Bedrooms #3 and #4 have queen beds. The couch is a large leather sectional. Our pet fee is $55 PER DOG. (Dogs only: no cats, ferrets, comfort chicken, et al). Although Airbnb has recently made it possible to pay a pet fee when making your reservation, it is only one fee regardless of how many dogs guests plan to bring. Please let us know how many pets (dogs only) you are bringing. If there is more than one, we will send you a pet fee request for the pet fees for the additional dog(s). We only allow dogs that have been house- trained. If your dog has an accident on the carpet, you will be charged to clean ALL the carpets. This is a minimum of $300. Full-size Washer/Dryer, three full bathrooms (new tub/showers), soft sheets & towels. Fully equipped chef's kitchen There is a HD TV in the living room and all but one bedroom has an HD TV. All TVs have Dish Network Channels. There is wireless internet. This house is not intended for loud partying. We ask all our guests to be respectful of our neighbors and the noise level. We are located on the road to the Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort. 22 minutes from our driveway to the mountain. There is a Mod Pizza, Starbucks, and the best grocery/deli/bakery in Bend, Market of Choice right across the street! Because this home is centrally located and convenient to the Mt. Bachelor recreational area, the backyard fence is close to one of the busier streets in Bend. But, you'll find the inside of the home very quiet and the street itself is very quiet at night. And bedroom #1 has a very private backyard on the other side of the house that is very quiet. We are within walking distance to downtown Bend, Riverfront, and the Old Mill District (less than 3 1/3 blocks) in either direction. ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE CHARGE - Also, if you stay 7 -13 days, you'll be charged an additional $50. If you are staying 14 - 20 days, you will be charged an additional $75. If you are staying 21 - 27 days, you'll be charged an additional $100. Guest access The house has a digital door lock. Access information and specific directions will be sent via text to the phone you have listed on Airbnb or through Airbnb messaging. Please be sure to double check that the phone number you have listed on your Airbnb account is current and you can receive texts. Other things to note Please be sure that the you've listed the number of guests that will be staying at the house with you.
