Great home to come and enjoy beautiful Sunriver. Located on the northern side of town and close to Benham Falls Trail, the river, Woodlands Golf Course and 20 minutes from Bend. You can easily drive or bike to the SHARC, Village or horse stables. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a private hot tub! Great space to visit with friends and family out on the deck or in the open living room. *** NO SHARC PASSES*** We allow dogs ONLY but have a 2 dog limit. There is a $50 pet fee. The space This 2,000 square foot home has been a wonderful place for our family to come and spend time together for many years and holds lot of memories. While staying at the home you will have a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to enjoy. There are no stairs once inside the home which makes getting around easy for anyone. There are biking paths very close by which will get you to anywhere in Sunriver you need to be. Fort Rock Park is close by as well as scenic river loops and Benham Falls Trail which will also lead to the Lava Lands tourist center. Make a reservation at Woodlands golf course while you are there as it is close by too. The home sleeps 8 with queen beds in all 4 rooms but there are 2 sleeping pads that will accommodate 2 more people. Enjoy the use of the BBQ and the private hot tub while taking in the Sunriver scenery. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. If it is to hot then escape inside to where the A/C and open floor plan will allow for visiting. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #1623 Guest access The whole house is yours for the use.
