The house has only one neighbour on one side. The other sides have full water views. There is a public access beach to the right of the house and it sits across the road from the Accabonac harbor wetland reserve where deer jump and birds nest. The main house has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The second "bedroom" is a floor-through loft with three beds. There is a large living room and "games room" and large kitchen. Plenty of tables for all kinds of configurations. However there is only one bathroom in the main house, plus an additional outdoor shower. There are two sleeping cottages out back providing three additional bedroom. Two rooms have double beds, and one room has two twin beds. One of the cottages includes an additional small kitchen, bathroom and shower. Guest access There are full linen and towel supplies, kitchen supplies, very good wireless internet and laundry. This is a beloved family summer cabin built in 1900s, owned since 1952 in one of the most special spots in Springs. Other things to note We have an extended contract for this property.
