A spacious family room awaits your guests, offering a large TV, and five bedrooms that include a large king suite and private bath, with a separate door leading to the pool. All bedrooms offer TVs, and the two additional large bathrooms are located next to the other bedrooms. The layout makes this a great choice for a family to share with friends or relatives. The kitchen is open and well-equipped with cabinets and gadgets to help you prepare sumptuous summer meals. Access to the beach path is right across from the home. The owners offer you WiFi, a gas grill, and outdoor speakers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. The fireplace is not operational. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
