House Samsa in Rovinj-Borik 250 m from the beach

Situated in the quiet residential area "Borik" ("Pinewood") on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Rovinj, our house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday at the sea. Families and children are welcome. You can reach the beach in only 5 minutes on foot (250 m). The center of the town with its mideaval narrow streets is only 2,5 km away. There is a supermarkt only 150 m from the house, as well as some restaurants. Our holiday house A4+2 is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The space The 3-room-holiday home A4+2 is suitable for 4 to 6 people. It is a semi-detached house with separate entrance. It consists of a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, there is a living room with pull-out sofa bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchen unit (incl. fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, ceran-stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking and dining utensils, kitchen towels etc.), a toilette (WC and washbasin) and a large terrace with outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas and direct approach to the garden. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms each with a 160×200 cm bed, a bathroom with window (bathtub with shower, toilette, washbasin), as well as a big balcony. -Flat-screen digital satellite TV, Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet - Use of a washing machine in the basement of the main house available for all our guests at no extra cost. Guest access Borik is a residential area of Rovinj with family houses with gardens and lots of trees. There is no through traffic (dead end streets), so it is quiet and family-friendly. There is a small supermarket and a fresh fruit and vegetable stand, where you can get your daily supplies only 150 m away from our house. There are also a few restaurants within the walking distance of our house, as well as some more at the beach. The old town of Rovinj is 2,5 km away and can be easily reached in ca. 5 minutes by car, 10-15 minutes by bike or 25-30 minutes’ walk at pedestrian path alongside the scenic coast. he Val de Lesso beach is easily reached on foot in only a few minutes, either along the forest path of through the village. It is surrounded with pine trees that offer the shade during summer heat. It is mostly pebble and stone beach, with easy access to water that make it very suitable for children. The beach is newly equipped with showers and changing rooms, as well as children´s playground in the shadow of old pine trees. Other things to note Pets are allowed on previous notice. Additional costs: 8 Euro per day and pet.
