Come relax in this fully equipped 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home away from home. Plenty of room to spread out in a beautifully updated condo with over 1000 square feet! All new furnishings and plank tile throughout, decorated in a laid-back coastal theme. Living Room: Large flat-screen cable TV, ample seating/leather couches Kitchen/Dining: Beautifully updated and fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, stainless appliances, bar seating, and picnic table. Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, dresser, and closet space. Ensuite bathroom with glass tiled shower and separate vanity area. Guest Bedroom: Two sets of bunk beds, flat-screen TV, dresser, and closet space. Second bathroom with tub/shower combo and in-unit laundry located off of hallway. Large balcony with a swing and chairs can be accessed from either the living room or master bedroom. Please note it does not have a Gulf front view, however, you can see the water from the balcony. Sundial is in a prime location! Providing excellent beach access with a private boardwalk and a community pool facing the Gulf. You won't even have to leave the complex if you so choose... Walk right across the street for anything else you could need! There is a grocery store, liquor store, ice cream shop, seafood shop and the best restaurant in town... The Beachhouse! Easy beach access, community pool and bbq area on site. I am local and will be available during your stay whenever needed by phone, text or in person. Otherwise, I will give you space to relax and enjoy your getaway! Sundial is in a prime location! Providing excellent beach access with a private boardwalk and a community pool facing the Gulf. During special events, shuttles are typically available. Gulf Shores is also very bike-friendly! The condo is on the first of three levels and can be easily accessed by either stairs or an elevator. The condo is beachside and has private beach access. However, our unit is not Gulf Front with a view. There is 1 assigned covered parking space included with your rental. A few visitor spaces are available but they are first come first serve and will require purchasing an additional parking pass for $25. Due to members of our family suffering from severe allergies, we will not be able to accommodate any guests requiring assistance animals. Monthly stays are only available from November through February.
