The main or first floor of Hackmatack Haven consists of the kitchen, living area, a first floor bedroom and a 3/4 bathroom. The kitchen has new appliances including an electric range, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and of course a lobster kettle. There is an open concept dining and living area which makes entertaining guests easy and casual. There is also a recently completed three quarter bathroom with a shower stall and a twin bedroom all on the first floor of the home.
