Additional Units Available *Cleaning/Sanitation Info Below* The space Quaint, smoke free environment in a quiet neighborhood, near downtown Dayton, less than 10 minutes from I-75. 2 Bedroom Apartment with two (2) Queen Beds (Sleeps 2-4), 1 Bath, Kitchen with appliances, dishes, glassware and cookware, wifi, access to laundry facilities and check in/out at your leisure. It is 4 miles (8 minutes) to downtown Dayton and Oregon District--a 2 block strip of dining, live music, shopping, and entertainment venues, 12 miles to WPAFB (17 min), 8 miles (16 minutes) to the Dayton Airport and 3 miles (7 minutes) to I-75. *Cleaning/Sanitation Info* I know that the majority of us are very concerned about cleaning and disinfecting and my team and I do our best to provide a clean and comfortable space. We only allow bookings with a minimum of 72 hours between guests. During this time frame we are not only performing our normal cleaning routine but also include a two day sanitation procedure utilizing an initial chemical sanitation process followed with use of a commercial air purifier. Our hope is that this provides our guests with more peace of mind to enjoy their stay. ****On Site Herb and Vegetable Garden Coming Soon**** Other things to note There are steps that lead up to the apartment There is a futon couch that can be used for sleeping (please bring extra sheets, pillows and blankets if you plan to use the futon as an additional sleeping area). Surprisingly, the futon is more comfortable than you may think at first ( I unintentionally tried it out one afternoon, I was exhausted. Lol)
