The space Here are the beds' arrangements: FIRST FLOOR: 3 bedrooms and 2 baths: Rm#1: One Bunk bed full size (sleep 4) Rm#2: One Queen bed (sleep 2) Rm#3 w/bath +TV: One Queen bed (sleep 2) SECOND FLOOR: 5 bedrooms and 3 baths: Rm#4 w/bath + TV: One King size (sleep 2) Rm#5 w/bath + TV: One queen-size (sleep 2) Rm#6 +TV: one Queen Size (sleep 2) Rm#7 + TV: Two full sizes (sleep 4) Rm#8: Two full sizes (sleep 4) Guest access SHARE COMMON AREAS: There are 2 houses on the same lot (very common in SoCal). Both are fenced, separated single family residents. Share common areas such as driveways and trash bins areas. PARKING: - Available 1 car garage, 2 cars on the drive way behind the garage doors. and plenty of parking spaces on street at no cost. - Do not park on the right hand side driveway, which is in front of the double gate. This one space is reserved for the house in the back. Other things to note We take the peace and privacy of our neighbors very seriously, and we kindly ask that our guests refrain from hosting parties, events, or loud gatherings during their stay. Eventhough the our home located on the main street, it is in a residential neighborhood, and we want to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. Please note that failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of $1000. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we hope that you have a wonderful and enjoyable stay in our home. As a host, we take the safety and well-being of our guests very seriously, and we make every effort to maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests during their stay. However, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur to our guests or their belongings during their stay on our property. We highly recommend that our guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unexpected events or emergencies that may occur during their stay. Additionally, we encourage our guests to take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety while on our property, such as locking doors and windows and avoiding any activities that could be potentially hazardous.
