Bikes and Kayak Availability: If you wish to use the bikes or kayak during your stay, please notify us at booking so that we can ensure they are available for your use. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee their availability. Long-term Stays: For stays of 28 days or longer, pets need to be approved prior to booking. There is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175. Based on your profile history and reviews, we reserve the right to ask for an additional refundable security deposit. Please note that the unit pictured is one of two townhomes available. Depending on availability and guest bookings, we reserve the right to allocate guests to either townhome.
