The neighborhood is quiet, and there is very little traffic. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened-in porch at the front of the house, or on the back patio. Three bar stools in the kitchen offer a sunny place to eat a home-cooked meal. The master bedroom has a washer and dryer. The home is best suited for a party of 4, but the couch pulls out into a bed offering additional place to sleep. Guest access This end unit has a private fenced yard. Two off-street parking spaces are available for your use. Other things to note The Florida Room has a shelf with tons of beach toys, a sun shade and a wagon for you to use. The beach is only a short walk away.
