In a world class AONB, you can walk on to the South West Coast Path in moments, literally from the front door. You’ll be in another world with the sea and sweeping coastal landscape. Three of the five comfortable bedrooms can be made up as twins or doubles for the best fit to your group. There's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and lots of room for children to play. The master bedroom has amazing sea views and is en suite. One of the five comfortable bedrooms is downstairs and there's a wc/basin/utility downstairs too. The other four bedrooms are upstairs, the master bedroom is en suite and there's another shared bathroom upstairs too. The front of the property has a matchless outlook on to the sea views and there’s off road parking for up to three cars, and unrestricted free parking in the village road outside. You have a wrap around sun terrace at the rear of the property, with ample seating and tables, and a private enclosed rear garden too. You've got spacious open-plan areas to socialise downstairs, an open plan kitchen with wonderfully comfortable sofa and armchair so you can cook and chat and a great dining room that seats up to ten, perfect for leisurely meals and catching up. The sitting room is huge, with comfortable sofas and the most amazing sea views. A really well equipped home, the kitchen has all you need to cook and dine, with a full size dishwasher, microwave and plenty of refrigeration. Babies and children are incredibly welcome and we can provide travel style cots and high chairs too. There's a useful utility room with a family washing machine, a separate drier, and a clothes airer. There's an outdoor clothesline too so you can catch the sea breeze. Perfect for families spending time together and equally wonderful to relax and recharge in breathtaking coastal surroundings.
