The space This wooded cabin is a multi-level retreat with a spacious downstairs bedroom and main living area upstairs. At 2,100 sq. ft., guests have full access, including a game room in the garage. Enjoy Gigabit internet with a mesh network for fast, seamless connections. Alexa devices with music service are throughout the home! Newly upgraded kitchen, modern electronics, and a cozy loft with an Xbox make this the perfect adventure base! The downstairs room and upstairs area each have private entries that are equipped with smart locks. The upstairs area can be reached from outside steps to the second level patio or through the downstairs room through the garage and up internal stairs giving the guest multiple options, and level of privacy, to move between levels. The main living area features a spacious open-concept design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The connected living room, common area, and kitchen provide plenty of space for large families to gather and enjoy time together. Other things to note We require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form & House Terms & Lease within 24 hours of booking. These forms are sent as a link immediately after booking to both the venue message. Your reservation is not confirmed until these forms are complete. If forms are not complete within the 24 hour period NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel booking reservation. - Primary Booking Guest must be 25 yrs of age & must be physically staying at property. Primary guest is responsible for all guests. Please be aware that the house can accommodate up to 12 but there is an additional fee of $20/night/person over 8 guests for additional cleaning and associated costs. This is clearly shown when you enter guests numbers and is stated again in the house terms that are required to be signed within 24hrs. As a note we reserve the right to hold a deposit. We determine if a deposit will be held largely based on the range and quality of your past reviews, and the scope of your group. The deposit will be $300 and will be required at booking or at least one week before arrival. The deposit will be requested formally through Airbnb and will be returned through Airbnb. Our policy is to return the deposit within 3-5 days of a stay checkout. The deposit will be returned in full if the house is left as found. We will allow up to Qty 2 dog/s upon approval of qty & breed. There will be an additional fee of $15/night and a total deposit of $500. The Additional pet fees will be collected as a separate transaction after booking. We do require that pets are kenneled when left at property and that all messes are properly disposed of (they can be left in our garbage in baggies). In addition to possible deposits we may also perform basic background checks. These checks are of a stoplight nature and we do not see any personal information. We request deposits and do background checks to assure and protect the quality of experience for you and future guests. A cancellation fee of 4% may be held to cover admin and CC fees.
