Other things to note We’re happy to welcome house-trained dogs - there’s just a one-time $50 pet fee per dog. A quick note from the city: no outdoor music is allowed at any time, even during the day. If neighbors report it, the city may issue a $500 fine and possible eviction. We wish it were more flexible, but we appreciate your understanding! Pool heating is available upon request. It’s $100/day to heat to 85°F, which just covers our utility costs. Higher temps are possible for an additional fee. In summer, heating usually isn’t needed—the pool naturally warms up and is perfect for cooling off!
