Newly refurbished Seaside Escape is a fabulous holiday bungalow newly renovated and superb equipped to create a warm and cosy feel. Set within the pretty woodland grounds of St Ives Holiday Village it make the perfect base for both couples and families seeking a super getaway anytime of year. It's close proximity to St Ives, Carbis Bay makes a great holiday home for exploring the local area and it's many stunning beaches, coves, and fishing villages. The space Internally the bungalow is light, bright and beautifully presented. With it's open plan kitchen and living room it is fully equipped and comfortable. Leading on from the hallway there is the master bedroom, family bathroom and second bedroom with twin beds. The bungalow also has wifi x Externally there is a pretty decked terrace with planted boarders and wooden bench. Perfect to sit and relax reading a good book or enjoying a nice glass of wine listening to birds singing in the surrounding trees. There is also the added benefit of a parking space close to the bungalow. With the many on-site facilities close by including a new heated indoor pool, there is also children's play area, putting green, nature walks, restaurant, free Wifi Internet in clubhouse, shop, amusements, evening entertainment with disco & cabaret and the Foxy Club for children only to name but a few, there is lots to see and do you'll be spoilt for choice! Guest access There is so much to see and do in the area, be it lazy beach days or taking in the sites, or doing some retail therapy in St Ives, Truro or Falmouth you will be spoilt for choice. You will find in the bungalow as part of your welcome information lots of leaflets and maps of things to do and places to explore. Other things to note I like to make sure that all my guests staying at my holiday bungalow firstly receive a warm welcome when entering the bungalow. With everything spotlessly clean, fresh linen, fluffy towels and all they need to start there holiday. There is also a welcome information folder in the bungalow which contains a wealth of information everything from train times, beach safety, maps to ideas for great days out. Also as I live close by I am able to ensure that standards are kept high and that guests always have a friendly point of call through their whole holiday experience from the moment you enquire you will be able to contact me direct.
