The space The newly refurbished apartment is a corner penthouse with south, south east orientation so it's very bright and illuminous throughout the day. The property consists of three bedrooms. The master is complete with an ensuite. There is a further double bedroom, whilst the third bedroom has a single bed, with a pull out mattress underneath which is adequate for a child to sleep on. On the ground floor there is a large 250m2 pool, surrounded by grass and trees, so it's possible to lie out in the sun or shade throughout the day. Please note that the pool is seasonal, and we have currently been advised by the community that it will be available mid June through to mid September.
