The condo boasts a pool overlooking the lake, with adjacent shuffleboard courts, picnic tables, and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the best sunsets in Winter Park over the water. Stroll to shops, restaurants, and bars, including Trader Joe’s, Hillstone restaurant, and Bulla Gastrobar. Nearby Winter Park Village has a 20-screen Regal Cinemas. Walk to Hillstone, Bulla, Carmel, Trader Joes and Winter Park Village. A short 10 min walk to Park Ave, or grab a cab and be there sooner. There's a Ring video doorbell installed at the front and back doors for security. *Pet Policy, please read* We can accommodate dogs but unfortunately cannot accommodate cats due to allergies. Should you wish to bring an animal companion with you please mention this through the app at booking so that we can prepare. There is an additional fee of $8 per night for bringing a four legged family member which will be requested through the Airbnb app at check in.
