Dear guest, I work hard to make this like a home-away from home. Big porch in front and back, front gets a bit of sun. Cozy cabin within walking distance to all the charm of Red River, Ski slopes, hiking, jeeping, music venues, NO franchises! Everything you need to feel at home. Surrounded by mountains and nature. Big kitchen, sunken living room. Nice dining with a view. Can sleep six but perfect for 4. Lots of extras. Full size washer/dryer too. Enjoy! Dear Guests for a few months Aug-Sept the City is working on streets and using the space across from the cabin. The views are not as good as usual. Im so sorry for this but it is out of my control. No AC but plenty of fans. The whole cabin will be yours! You will be sent the code for the lockbox a day before check in! Easy! I have coffee, spices, plenty of linens, all you need to feel at home with less stress! ROKU tv and internet I do not live in Red River. But I can be reached by phone or texts and have help in Red if needed. I’ve listed lots of tips to make your stay easy and very relaxing! A few more notes, parking is for 2 vehicles the driveway on the side is not mine. Also a few people commented that it was hot, This can be helped by closing the curtains during the afternoon between 12-3 on very very hot days. It is usually always cool! Also< I have one ceiling fan and 2 portable fan for extremely hot days. The heat works great, but can take about 15 minutes to kick on. I have a portable heater for extremely cold days.
