Family friendly 2 BR/2 BA w/POOL, steps to beach!

2 bedroom, 2 bath condo perfectly decorated for your beach getaway. There is a full kitchen with washer and dryer available for your use. There is private beach access across the street from the condo so you are a couple minutes walk from the white sand beaches of the Gulf. This is a family friendly complex with a beautiful pool with available chairs and lounges, and a gazebo with multiple charcoal grills. Fantastic location with many restaurants and shops located w/in a mile (inc The Hangout) The space Maximum number of occupants is 5, no exceptions. No parties or excessive noise, no events, no smoking, and no pets. Primary guest must be 25 years of age unless prior approval is obtained from the host. Guests have the entire 2 bd/2 ba condo to themselves. There is a king bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest bedroom so it is an ideal space for a family of four. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The space is 740 sq ft. There are HD televisions in both bedrooms and an HD smart TV in the living room all with Dish Network. There is WI-FI and with the new WIFI extender there is great coverage throughout the unit. There is a walk-in shower in the master bath making it easily accessible and a bathtub with shower in the second bathroom. The condo is also very near the elevator for easy access. No pets are allowed in the unit or around the complex. The entire complex is nonsmoking. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit, on the walkways, in the gazebo, or by the pool. Guest access Guests have access to a beautiful and newly resurfaced pool central to the building and with a view of the gulf directly across the road. Pool with available tables, chairs and lounges and a gazebo with picnic tables and charcoal grills. There is not a private balcony. The pool is not heated. There is private beach access across the street and to the left (east) of Ocean House I. It is a very short distance. There is 1 covered, assigned parking space marked with the units number. We are able to fit two mid-size SUVs in the spot very easily. There are additional unmarked spots open on a first come/first serve basis around the property. Vehicles parked in other unit's marked spaces could be towed. If you would like to rent beach chairs and umbrellas Ike's Beach Service has been great. We have no affiliation with the company but have used them. One guest reported to us that they were unable to get a reservation during peak season so you may want to call them in advance. Other things to note Upon arrival the management company will have supplied: 1 toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 1 dishwasher pod and starter bottle of Dawn dishwashing liquid 1 clothes detergent pod and dryer sheet 2 bars of soap per bathroom *Copy of ID will be required for the primary renter during the Hangout Festival, Polar Bear Plunge, Mullet Toss, Annual Shrimp Festival, and Annual Oyster Festival. You will be required to specify the names and the ages of all guests during these festivals. If the primary renter is not present for these festivals then the reservation will be terminated without refund as to prevent one person from renting for someone else. There is a maximum of 5 total occupants. All occupants must be included in the initial rental request. Any changes in the number of occupants must be pre-approved and could result in termination of the rental without refund if unspecified guests are present. Unfortunately, our home has been damaged during these festivals and we must be more vigilant during these times. Due to medical exemptions we are unable to accommodate any animals including service or support animals.
