The space Ground Floor The ground floor is made up of a double bedroom decorated in warm colours and furnished in a classic style that gives it a sense of warmth and peace with a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower. There is a wine cellar where you can choose from a vast range of wines from the best Italian vineyards and for your personal well-being, there is a gym equipped with “Technogym” for cardio training, strength training and functional training. Furthermore, on request, it is possible to have a personal trainer available throughout your stay. La Villa la Dolce Vita also has a large, spacious, covered garage where two cars, bicycles and motorbikes can be parked easily. First Floor On this floor you can find the heart of the house with its two lounges and kitchen. The main lounge is decorated in various shades of colour ranging from brown to beige with finishing touches in gold. The antique furniture, works of art, luxurious fabrics and accessories are complemented by crystal chandeliers and a Louis XVI marble fireplace that will remind you of the past and delight you with its refined atmosphere, moreover there is a balcony with a lakeview that makes the room bright and sunny. The second lounge is decorated in dusty pink, cream and pastel grey colours with furniture that is more modern but in keeping with the elegant style of the villa, a comfortable spacious sofa-bed and a plasma TV where you can watch your favourite TV programmes, including Netflix. The kitchen has a lake view and is practical but also stylish and is fully equipped with everything that a modern kitchen should offer. There is a large, solid, wooden Tuscany style table in the centre of the room, where you could enjoy delicious local Italian dishes. Second Floor The top floor of the villa contains three spacious bedrooms, with every type of modern comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible, alongwith two bathrooms. The master bedroom with its king-size bed, damask curtains and elegant armchairs takes us back to the elegance of another era and the room is decorated in various shades of colour from brown to cream with finishing touches in gold, giving the room a serene feel. An attractive private balcony lets you relax while admiring the fabulous colourful sunsets on the peaks of the Grigna mountains. The double bedroom is very bright and modern and is decorated in pale delicate colours, with a more contemporary style of furniture but a the same time with an eye to detail and is perfect for those looking for a comfortable but refined atmosphere. The single bedroom is welcoming and spacious, decorated in pink and white with a single wrought-iron bed, antique writing-desk, parquet flooring and a private balcony, which gives you a picturesque view of wonderful Lake Como. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with bath and all the accessories you need.
