One full side of a duplex unit, providing a full service experience. I strive to provide not just a place to stay, but quality and comfort, with a full size lazy boy recliner, wood burning fireplace and a fire pit on patio with accent lights helping provide a five star stay every time. Fully stocked kitchen, full size outdoor gas grill are available for cooking needs. The space This is one full side of a duplex at the end of a residential street, two minutes off I 40. Two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with king size bed. Living room couch with full size hide-a bed with extra padding provides a comfortable third bed. Two bathrooms, one with modern travertine tile shower and the other with tub with shower. Dining area has a full size wooden table with leaf option. Kitchen is stocked with k cups and coffee and filters to use in dual use coffee maker. A variety of teas with a tea pot. Hot chocolate packets, oatmeal packets, single serve sugar, liquid creamer, sweetnlow, salt and pepper, ketchup and mustard are provided. Bottled water is stocked in refrigerator. Zip lock bags, aluminum foil and many extras provided. Bathrooms have shampoos, conditioner and soaps. A blow dryer is also available along with a basket with several personal care items in case you have forgotten something, razors, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Living room has tv with several local channels available along with DVD player with a selection of provided movies. A corner wood burning fireplace with wood provided. A Lazy Boy recliner and full size modern couch with end tables provide living room seating. Guest access Park in private driveway only a few feet from front door. Let yourself in with keypad lock. Grass covered back yard, fully enclosed with wooden privacy fence that is available only to you. Small covered patio area with gas fire pit, chairs and lights. Full size gas grill in patio area with grilling tools provided. Other things to note The other side of the duplex is also listed on Airbnb as “Comforts of Home II”. Great for larger groups who would like to stay adjacent to each other. You will have a common parking area, and five seconds from door to door! A ring camera is located at front door area looking over parking area to give added security during your stay.
