In the living room, unwind on the sectional sofa complete with a large smart TV. There's a stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. Guest access The entire house and front yard down to the fence and the backyard pool areas are yours to use and enjoy during your stay. There is ample parking for 3+ vehicles. There is a 2nd dwelling unit on the same parcel of land. This is also rented to guests, and can be rented in addition to this listing if available. The two units are private from each other and separate. There are no shared space other than the driveway to enter and exit the property. Other things to note - NO PARTIES, EVENTS or MUSIC allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am and exterior noise during this time isn't allowed. - All outside activities must be moved inside by 10pm. If you are loud INSIDE or have the windows open while being loud, you are also in violation of the rules. - The house has high speed internet (WiFi). There are three Smart TVs. Two 32'' TVs are located in each of the primary bedrooms, plus a 55'' TV in the living room. Just log into your preferred accounts, like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV and stream away.
