Deer Park Condo

Deer Park is just off I93 in the White Mtns. The complex is a condo resort. Guests have use of indoor pool and lake. The club house has pool tables, gym, sauna, hot tub and paddle ball courts. Tennis courts are available. The unit overlooks the Pemigewasset River. Fishing is allowed on the river with a NH Fishing License. Loon Mountain Ski Area & Cannon Mountain Ski Area are nearby, as are great restaurants and tourist attractions. The unit is fully furnished for your comfort. The space Pets and smoking definitely not allowed Guest access Entire condo on ground floor with own entrance. Other things to note No smoking anywhere near unit. 25 feet away minimum. No smoking in club house . Passes in the unit for use in clubhouse access to pool and gym. Bracelets available for summer and early fall for access to all amenities. No pets allowed in unit.
