Plumbar Creek Retreat

Welcome to Plumbar Creek! This unique home, built in 2014, is a modern hilltop home with AMAZING 360 DEGREE VIEWS. The home has an open living area and three extra large bedrooms, each with a bathroom, plus a 1/2 bath in the living area. VERY Quiet and secluded. Sunrise and sunset will leave you breathless! Unlike most rentals in Yosemite and Mariposa, this is a very private spot with no neighbors and endless views. 10 minutes to Mariposa town, 40 minutes to Yosemite. The space This is a VERY private location with distant views. You will not find another place like this in Yosemite or the immediate area. As for the house, the rooms are extra large. The living area is open with a large island cooktop and siting area at the island, dining room table and the living room. Guest access Guests can access all spaces in the house except the garage and an upstairs closet that houses the FAU and a tankless, on-demand water heater. Other things to note Electronic front door lock for easy access. The code will be given prior to arrival. There is also a ring doorbell that can be pressed for immediate response if available. The ring coverage area is the front porch area only, for security purposes.
