Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis & there will be an extra charge for cleaning, dependent on breed of dog. You must declare pets or a $400 penalty. Designer furniture, fully stocked kitchen to cook great meals, high-end appliances, & washer and dryer complete this home. Organic Lovers delight! All beds, sofa and cleaning products are organic and great for folks who have sensitivities to chemicals in mattresses/bedding and/or cleaning supplies. Small 30 inch smart Tv in living room & two 50 inch TVs in each bedroom that are smart TVs. There is high speed wifi and no cable so please plan to log into your own apps for content or YouTube. Guest access Complete and full access Other things to note You do not need a car to enjoy Savannah from my home! If you do bring a car, a few things to note: Street cleaning signs, pay attention or you will be ticketed. Street cleaning on East Perry street is on Thursday at 10:30pm to Friday at 1:00 am. You will not be towed if you mess up, only ticketed. The surrounding streets on the square have different street cleaning days of the week, so it's not a problem to park on any day. There is also off street parking in the alley behind my street in a small parking lot, adjacent to 514 Perry Lane. This is a first come first serve parking area that is not usually full. Please no cats, glitter or tape on walls. Tape pulls off paint, cats- folks are allergic, and glitter takes hours to clean. If you are found to have brought and used any of the mentioned No’s there could be charges for damages and additional cleaning. Thank you.
