Our two bedroom condo is located just a short stroll from the spa complex which includes both year round indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs as well as a full service spa and fitness center. Topnotch`s Tennis Center was recently rated #1 in the Northeast and #6 in the world by Tennis Magazine.The quaint village of Stowe is bustling with activity throughout the year and offers a plethora of restaurants and shops. Guests have access to the entire Resort Home (with exception of a couple locked owner`s closets.) There are also 2 restaurants on site, fire pits, and the Roost features live music as schedules permit. Topnotch resort charges all its guests an access fee to utilize the indoor and outdoor heated pools, steam, spa, salon and fitness center. Those fees are paid directly to the spa desk on day(s) you choose to use the indoor facilities. Fees are currently $60/day, for the entire home (not a per person fee.) The resort fee also entitles guests to use the private Topnotch ski shuttle and ski chalet equipment storage facility. If a spa or salon treatment is booked, access is included for that day. Meet and greet, explain heat, A/C, etc. answer questions. Available via cell phone should any problems arise. Our home is perfect because of the proximity to Stowe Mountain and Stowe Village. This is the perfect home for people who enjoy spas and tennis! During the winter ski season, Stowe offers a complimentary Mountain Road Ski Shuttle. The Shuttle picks up at the bottom of the Topnotch Driveway. Taxis are available. The above listed services & amenities are not included in the rental rates of this private home.Our guests enjoy complimentary use of the outdoor heated pools and hot tub. Topnotch charges all Resort Homes a daily access fee of $30 per bedroom to use the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center and private ski shuttle. If you do not wish to use these amenities every day, you may pay at the Topnotch Spa desk each day you choose to use the facilities. The Resort Access fee covers up to 6 people staying in the Resort Home.
